Every other month, my incredible partners, Suzan Hudson and Frank Woodbeck open their home to a dozen students and, in three days, help them to grow into successful investors. The students meet their team of hand-picked professionals (including, but not limited to: realtors, lenders, title reps, insurance experts, "Renter Mentors," and lease/option consultants). At one point in the three day training everyone gets into the "DealMobile" to look for real properties, which they then analyze and purchase (if the deal is good)!
